Additional Information: 

You may only register for one class. Each of the classes are taught concurrently. To take an advanced (Courses 13 and higher) class AND RECEIVE CREDIT for taking it, you must have graduated as a CERA, CERV or CEM graduate.

Registration IS NOT COMPLETE until payment is received, including current membership. This event qualifies for CERA conference attendance credit.


REGISTRATION DEADLINEóFriday, February 1, 2019

Registration and payment received by the Conference Office after Friday, February 1, 2019, add $100 to above fees (there is a $100 late fee for registration for the Workshop AND $100 late fee for registration for the classes). There will be no on-site registration for the class due to limited seating, Sorry, we cannot invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellation stating reason for same must be received by the conference office NO LATER THAN Friday, February 1, 2019 in order to receive full credit toward a class, workshop or conference to be used by the end of calendar year 2019 less a $50 processing fee. There will be no credit given for cancellations on or after Saturday, February 2, 2019.

If you are mailing a check, please print a copy of this completed registration form and include it with your check to assure that we properly register you.

Late fees will apply if your payment is received after the cut-off date. 

Reservations must be received by Thursday, January 31, 2019 and prior to the block filling for discounted rate of $119.00 (single room per night plus taxes -first night deposit is non-refundable)
