Friday, April 6, 2018, add $100 to above fees each for Workshop and Classes. There will be no on-site registration for the class due to limited seating, Sorry, we cannot invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellation stating reason for same must be received by the conference office NO LATER THAN 
Friday, April 6, 2018 in order to receive full credit toward a class, workshop or conference to be used by the end of calendar year 2019 less a $50 processing fee. There will be no credit given for cancellations on or after Friday, April 6, 2018.

If you are mailing a check, please print a copy of this completed registration form and include it with your check to assure that we properly register you.

Late fees will apply if your payment is received after the cut-off date. 

Reservations must be received by Tuesday, April 3, 2018 and prior to the block filling for discounted rate of $139.00 (single/double room) per night plus taxes.
