FAQ - CERA/CERV General

1. How long do I have to meet all the CERA requirements?
   You have twelve years to finish all your CERA/CERV requirements.
2. Do I have to submit an application for addmission before I can attend any of the CERA/CERV classes?
   No. But in order to graduate you need to have already submitted the application for admission so it is easier if you submit it before or soon after you begin attending classes.
3. Can I take renewal courses at the annual conference that I am graduating at?
   No. You must wait to take any renewal courses until you have graduated and received your certificate of graduation.
4. Is all the CERA/CERV program information in one place for me to read?
   Yes. All information regarding the Professional Education Program (CERA/CERV) is in the PEP Manul which can be found at this link http://www.electioncenter.org/pep/PEPmanual2006.pdf or call the office at (281) 293-0101 to have a copy sent to you.
